Developing and Inspiring Female Mentors and Role Models

Role models and mentors can play a large role in encouraging female persistence and retention in engineering and, ass women in general are underrepresented in engineering, female students are likely to have more difficulty in finding and building relationships with mentors and role models.

This webinar, led by Carlotta Berry (Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology) and Monica Cox (the Ohio State University) offers tips for how engineering faculty can become stronger mentors and role models, sharing insights learned from their own experiences.
