Program Overview

As we begin to shape the “new normal” of education in engineering fields, we have an opportunity to reimagine learning by designing meaningful educational experiences for greater student engagement as well as adequate preparation for the changing engineering workforce. As instructors, academic administrators, and students have experienced firsthand a shift to remote and hybrid learning, there is a shared understanding about the advantages as well as complexities of technology mediated instruction.

In this webinar, Drs. Natasha Perova-Mello and Nicole Pitterson will share actionable insights from their podcast, Reflective Teaching in a Digital Age, in which STEM educators share their knowledge relevant to blended or online teaching as well as their experiences  adapting to an online teaching mode. The webinar will elicit participants’ thinking about ways to tailor key insights into their “new normal” teaching.
